The 2004 Bugatti Veyron promises to be a spectacular supercar. Volkswagen claims the car will come standard with an 8.0-litre 16-cylinder engine that will produce 1,001 horsepower using the European scale or about 987 horsepower by the U.S. standard. Torque will be rated at 922 lb.-ft. The car should be capable of 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds, 0-100 mph in 6.3 seconds, and a top speed of approximately 220 mph. Volkswagen claims the Veyron will be the worlds most powerful production car. No exceptions.

When Steven Spielberg was preparing for his new film, Minority Report, he wanted an automobile that really fit into the futuristic theme of movie, which is set in the year 2054. Since he personally owned a Lexus, he decided to contact the company to see if they were interested in manufacturing a car for the film. They were. The final product is called the Lexus Minority Report Sports Car and provides unique styling with the luxury and performance of a Lexus of today. This high performance, high luxury vehicle is what the designers conceptualized we might be driving in fifty years. It boasts cab-forward seating, a low profile, and a design that will make you wonder which is the front end and which is the rear end.
